Parents and Student/Athletes

You must have a current Sports Physical (EL2) and Parent Permission (EL3) on file with the SGMS Athletic Department in order to participate in tryouts. The physical must be completed on the F.H.S.A.A. forms - EL2 and EL3

All non-traditional students (Home-Schooled, Charter School, Private School) must also have a completed GA7 verified by the I.R.C.S.D., in order to participate in tryouts.

Tryouts

Begin on ____ on the baseball field, 3:00 - 5:15 pm

All players must have the appropriate gear, i.e.: (glove, cleats, baseball pants) in order to participate in tryouts.

The tryouts are closed to spectators and parents.
